The breakfast was lovely. it had so many choices. the thai restaurant was beautiful, it had a romantic sunset view. i enjoyed the excursions, like the mangrove boat trip. It was like paradise.

the resort felt very commercial. it had so many people there. our rainforest chalet was a bit small. the hotel didn't offer bath robes.

The hotel has several pools, it even has private beach access, nice and sandy, possessing a great view of the sea and hills. i loved the rainforest chalets with balconies. The animals there charmed me, and the staff was amazing. the restaurants each served very nice food, malaysian, chinese, thai, and continental. there was free transfer within the resort to my own chalet.

The reception desk staff were super friendly and prompt. They assisted me anytime i needed them. the staff were also warm and cute when we arrived, which i appreciated after a long day of travel.

Every room includes a balcony, a free mini bar, and a spacious bathroom. our chalet was perfect for my family. We loved spotting animals in the area, i saw monkeys, sea otters, and hornbills. the bed and bedding were very nice.

I found our upgraded room good. All of the staff were very helpful, with everyone smiling and creating a cute atmosphere. The hotel grounds are beautiful. They appear just as they do in the pictures. The pool water temperature was comfortable. Food prices were reasonable and the food was tasty.

The shuttle service schedule for the cable car was not adhered to. We arrived early, but the shuttle left after only ten minutes since it was just two of us.

The staff consistently addressed our needs promptly and efficiently. Concierge provided assistance with a missed service to the Oriental Village. The mini-bar attendant provided complimentary beers early, while the cleaning staff offered extra coffee creamer sachets per my request.

The grounds were full of lush greenery. The beach was right next to the hotel and maintained well. Breakfast offered many dishes from around the globe. My personal favorite was the Malaysian Nasi Lemak. It was AMAZING!!!

The buggy service occasionally experienced delays.

Superb Chalet Experience!!!

The resort location provided a perfect escape from busy cities. I chose a rainforest chalet and I did not regret it. The option to walk to on-site restaurants or take a buggy was very convenient. The pool and beach were attractive features. The breakfast was superb with varied dishes.

The buggy service sometimes required a bit of a wait.

The hotel is close to the SkyCab cable car and Oriental Village. These attractions can be reached within minutes. This resort is nestled amidst nature, offering access to the ocean, a mangrove forest, and a mountain hill. The surroundings create an amazing environment.
